Love my top, but the dress was to small. They would not reimbursement me for returning the dress. I am not a big fan of store credit. That's like keeping someones money knowing they will probably not go back to your site. Wrong!!!!!

I’ve emailed three or four times to exchange a top. Once a Monterey representative responds to my email, I have answered their questions. However, no one ever gets back to me. I need to make an exchange, & I need assistance!

The strap I received was nice and well packaged, unfortunately i did receive the incorrect one, which i sent back for an exchange a few weeks ago and have not received any updates or replacement

I was disappointed with the band. It didn’t seem like real leather but it might be but it also was too big for me. I put it on the last hole which would have worked but the band then sticks out over the edge of the watch. It doesn’t make sense how long the band is on the watch. If you need to use the last hole the strap sticks out way too long. Also, I didn’t realize I only had 10 days to return and it sounded very difficult to return. I have a busy schedule and that time frame is difficult to get it mailed back. You also have to pay for it to be returned. I won’t purchase from them again because of the difficult return policy.
