My band is perfect only one thing, ...the outside packaging had the wrong address and living in an apartment, anyone would have stolen it! Thank goodness the box it came in had the correct address and my neighbors were kind enough to deliver it to me...

The customer service is great. I ordered the larger Apple Watch band incorrectly and the return was effortlessly in returning and receiving the 38. The only issue I have is that my wrist is small and the band is too long.

I’ve ordered the 2nd time and both iwatch bands were handmade beautifully. It’s goes perfect on my iwatch & 🥰 them on.
