Received the wrong item, no communication regarding the return/exchange; sad.

Wrong watch band came in. I ordered a black band with black stitching and received a black band with white stitching. The watch band itself is fine, but it's literally not what I wanted.

Returned item. No acknowledgment Edit: Response is completely untrue. Sent it back with the RMA# and sent a message to customer service on their website. No one ever responded. Just sent another. Ended up disputing charge on my credit card. Tracking shows they did, in fact, receive the return. 9400111206207864742723

I made a purchase on the 28th of September. Received a notice that it has shipped. Then I haven’t heard anything since. Every time I try to get a hold of the company to find a date that I might receive my purchase I get an email thanking me for my purchase and to rate them. I just want to know where my product is.
