Strong Chemical Odor Has Not Gone Away After 3 Months
I ordered this bed for my son in June 2026. Unfortunately, after three months of letting it air out in his room, the strong chemical odor is still very noticeable. I expected the smell from the wood, glue, or VOCs to disappear within a few weeks, or at most a month, but it has now been three months and the odor is still strong enough that my son has not been able to sleep in his room. At this point, I am also outside the return period, which makes the situation even more disappointing. There are some things I like about the bed. The design is very cute and looks great in a child's room. However, I was disappointed with the thickness and durability of the wood. While assembling the bed and installing the screws, parts of the wooden frame developed cracks. I hope the company will improve the thickness and strength of the bed frame and, most importantly, address the strong chemical odor. It is very disappointing to buy such a cute bed for my son and then have him unable to sleep in it because of the smell.
