I have to admit, buying a watch through a Facebook Marketplace ad felt a little risky. I had actually bought another item around the same time from a different company that turned out to be a complete disaster, so my expectations were honestly pretty guarded. But this watch ended up being the exact opposite experience. The quality really surprised me in a good way. The finish, weight, styling, and overall feel are much nicer than I expected for the price. For an everyday watch, this thing absolutely punches above its weight class. If I had seen it sitting in a department store display case at Macy’s or another retail store, I wouldn’t have questioned the price at all. I also appreciate that the design clearly pays homage to a classic luxury style without trying to make a direct copy. Honestly, I prefer the color combination and overall look of this version more than some of the original watches that cost thousands of dollars. Shipping was smooth, the watch arrived exactly as expected, and overall the experience was great from start to finish. This was my first purchase from Montevao, but based on this experience, I’d definitely consider buying another watch from them again. Really happy with the purchase.

Good communication and product

Your tracking system is below industry standard. My order took too long to ship, and didn’t for some time, enough tie to have bee contacted and alerted there was a delay. Eventually I received my order, but your Instagram ad makes it look like the watch arrives in a nice black watch case. It does not. No case, just wrapped in plastic. The watch is nice.

First off I really like the two items that I ordered. The descriptions were accurate and the quality is as it should be if not better than expected. The best part of this whole transaction was the customer service by Annabelle. When I voiced concerns regarding the delivery she was upfront, concerned and diligent in her pursuit for answers. This approach put my mind at ease and instead of passing this off as being taken advantage of and cancelling my order I hung in there. Annabelle was in touch and empathetic throughout and if the rest of the company cares half as much about delivering a high level of customer service as she does they will do well. As I told her, we as consumers have a plethora of choices of similar items but what we don’t have nowadays is customer service like she provided and it makes a difference. I’ve already placed a second order and will do so without hesitation in the future. If you are looking for some cool stuff from some cool people give Montevao a try.
