I placed an order with this company for a purse. Shortly after I received an email stating the product is out of stock And they don’t know when or if the item will be restocked. I asked for a refund. No response. Several days later I emailed again asking for a refund. After a couple of days their response was we’ll give you 20% off another item. Once again I requested a refund. So here we are Again no response and now my fourth email and now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible experience.

I received my wallet in late June and loved it until early September when the zipper split. On 9/13 I contacted customer service, sent pictures etc I was told I could get a gift card or replacement. I let them know I wanted a replacement. On 9/17 I was told my request was sent to the warehouse for processing. On 10/4 I requested an update-no reply On 10/16 asked again-no reply, and my last request for information was 10/21...still no reply. As you can imagine I'm a bit frustrated. I removed myself from their mailing list and will tell everyone I know to NEVER purchase any of their products!

I still have not received all of my first order. It has been almost 2 months since I placed that order. Most likely won't order again.

I have bought 6 bags from Montana west and I truly love the quality. I just purchased a bag and paid extra $25 for shipping to get it faster. It still took a full week to receive it and it wasn’t even the right bag. When I reached out they told me they don’t even HAVE THAT BAG! They offered me $10 credit and 20% off. What a slap in the face. So even if I return or exchange this bag I still have to pay shipping AGAIN even tho I’ve already paid $25 for it. And AGAIN they don’t even have the purse that is pictured on their website. It is literally false advertising then taking my money and barely making up for it. I honestly don’t think I will ever purchase from them again bc if this is how they treat a loyal customer of 2 years and hundreds of dollars I can go elsewhere.

I have orders that I was over charged or received substitute items that were small cost and never refunded. I’ve had orders with missing items. I’ve emailed but never received a response.

I will never buy from you again, I paid for express shipping and it will not arrive in that time. Had I known it would ship from overseas I would have never bought from you. Your website said Texas, but the purse I bought for my wife will not get here by the time I need it to because it is being sent from overseas. This is terrible and deceitful.

This was the worst . I ordered 2 purses. One was not sent and a wrong one sent in its place. I had to print my own label. Then they were not going to send the right bag until they received the one they sent me. Crappy customer service. Nothing was easy and everything put on me to do for their mistake. Print the label, mail it back, and not giving me what I purchased before they receive their mistake. I will not be Order again. I have asked for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. Ordered a bag from Amazon, just what I'd wanted, however after a few weeks of not receiving said item, I noticed the stock photos had changed to their own branding. Also just reading some of the other reviews on here about the quality and hazardous materials is concerning...
