I’ve always loved this brand’s unique and stylish designs, which makes it all the more disappointing that the quality did not hold up. After less than a month of gentle use, rhinestones began falling off my bag—and not just one or two, but several. I reached out to customer service and was told that since I didn’t have an order number, there was nothing they could do. Even worse, replacement rhinestones weren’t available either. For the price point, I expected much better durability and support. I want to continue supporting this brand, but only if real care is put into the products and the customers who invest in them.

I tried to order a mystery box. Pushed PayPal on their website. The money was taken from my account. But neither PayPal or this company, Have any record of it. There is a scam on their website DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Do not order from this company. My daughter ordered a purse for my birthday- they sent us complete wrong item. Called and was told they would email us a form to start the return process - never received. Then sent an email - no response. Have tried calling back several times during what they say are their business hours - they now never answer the phone and say they’re closed. So basically - we’re out the money for a product that was not what was ordered. Nice business model. Happy to tell everyone I can to never buy from them.

I ordered a Montana West purse. Received an ugly green yellow red tote. Review here and received a reply that if I left order number they would ship me another purse. I did as asked. That’s been weeks. I’ve heard nothing. I own several MW purses. But this is my last purchase. I wish I’d read these reviews before.

When I placed a return, their system wouldn't allow me to re purchase another item and get the free shipping. Instead it gave me a credit where my free shipping for the exchange was taken away. The representative was not knowledgeable, she did not understand much of what I was saying and trying to explain. Because she couldn't help, she hung up the phone on me. As a small retail business, I would never recommend this brand. Go with another western brand with better service. Order #1000499755

How long should a zipper last? I have jeans and coats well over 30 years old with fully functioning trouble free zippers. Montana West says a mere 3 months is their quality goal...3 months! After that...too bad 👎. Move the bar low enough and success is assured.

Horrible experience. I placed my order then after 7 days I emailed to see where it was - they replied it ships 3 to 5 days after order placed. I let them know it was day 7 and they send me a email saying order shipped. All good - NO! I get my order and none of it is the order I placed. It has someone else’s name written on the box but the shipping label is correct. After going back and forth for over 2 weeks I still do not have resolve. My last phone call with them they say oh you have to ship us the incorrect order back before we can do anything about your order. Ridiculous! I let them know I am going to file a chargeback with my bank & she says well then I am cancelling everything. We will not send you your correct order and we will not accept the incorrect order back. So, after dealing with them for over 25 days their customer service is a joke & has gone down hill. My order was over $300 and now I’ll have to file a chargeback with my bank as I’ve seen based on reviews many other people have had to do also. My advice - run away & don’t order from this incompetent company. They use to be great but based on my experience they are NOT!

The Montana West products are for the most part a good product. On occasion, as with any company, you will need customer service to intervene on a situation. I have had to do this a few times over my years of selling Montana West. The customer service department for Montana West is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in all my years of doing business. Some of their agents are the rudest nastiest, most hateful people that truly need fired or at the very least need to have their training started over from the ground up. At the end of the day, my situation was taken care of, but that was only after I had to demand to speak to someone different other than the agent that had answered the phone. That was also after she hung up on me twice and would not give me her name because she knew she was doing Something wrong and she did not want me to be able to report her name.
