Due to the damage that occurred during return shipping, we were unable to test the batteries to confirm whether they were defective. We recommend using chargers and battery types as intended for the product to avoid damage. These batteries are intended for applications that use lead-acid batteries, while e-Bikes typically use lithium. If you have any additional concerns, we recommend contacting Amazon customer support for assistance with your order.
