The staff was knowledgeable
The staff was knowledgeable, helped me to feel comfortable in explaining my concerns. Provided me with feedback when I needed it. The responses were rapid and appropriate. I felt like I was a person and not justauto responses. I received my battery box with my batteries in a very short time. I have installed them on my mobility scooter and they are working perfectly! This has been a real blessing to me thank you monster company let's see April

My Golden Companion runs like new. Wish I could find parts for mr Chinese E Wheels EW11 retro scooter. I can't even find a shop manual.
