I am a combat veteran and wanted to purchase this special, purchase something special for my dad for Father’s Day. This shirt arrived too small not at all what they expected. Asked to exchange only get 50% of my money back. I have to return it and pay shipping to get a new one this is ridiculous. I can’t even exchange it and pay shipping. I only have to return it and get halfway money back. Buy a brand new one and pay for all the shipping. This is horrible customer service so disappointing especially something special for Father’s Day.

Ordered printed mug. A bit doubtful as American company. Excellent service and product. Would recommend and did order another product.

I ordered the customized British White Park Farm Baseball cap for a gift. It is well-made, looks great and came in a timely manner. My husband loves it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.

I ordered a T shirt for an upcoming birthday gift only to discover I had left it too late to arrive in time. I contacted their customer support and they were quick to resolve the problem, allowing me to source a gift that I could get in time. I really appreciate the customer support I received, and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
