Ordered fairing march 1st, and was told there would be a small delay due to shipping costs and currently not shipping to Australia. Which was fair enough. However the date kept getting pushed back with every email, I finally received them late July, and they look fantastic. For an aftermarket product fit was much better than expected, with no panel gaps, except a small one with the seam where the fairing joins underneath the bike, which isn't visible. When the product was ready to ship they offered a expedited shipping service for extra cost. I feel if I was offered that in march I would have paid it to have them sooner instead of waiting until July

The process was long, took 2 months with expedited shipping at an additional cost. But the final product is great and looks great once installed. I would and already have recommended monster fairings to another rider.

Fairings were a bit delayed due to reasons they had no control of, but they showed up and were honestly a lot better than I expected, 10/10 quality and fitment

Excellent customer service, they are willing to work with you and communicate very well during the whole process. The fairings are very nice and have great fitment. The bolt kit was also nice, giving the bike nice accent’s. Other than taking a couple months to arrive, I think it is a fantastic product.

Great product! Colors are amazing and the paint was well done. The fitment was spot on and the fairings are sturdy. Only issue is you have to keep them notified, my fairings were 1 month late. Worth the time and money 100%!

Placing the order and getting everything set up went very smooth, all correspondence was done through email and the team at Monster Fairings usually got back to me within 1 - 3 business days. I ran into a pretty frustrating issue when I first received my fairing kit to see that certain pieces such as the front fender, radiator surround, and rear seat cowell had either been molded incorrectly or were missing pieces. Luckily, Robinson at Monster fairings was able to get everything sorted out and get some correctly molded pieces and hardware shipped over. Forewarning to any future customer, the construction of these fairings is outsourced to China so please pay very close attention to any pictures sent to you regarding the fairing and ensure that it is done correctly before having them sent out to you. If pieces are molded incorrectly, a redo can be done so long as you email them soon enough.

Great communication through the process of having the fairing made up. There was a fairly long waiting time due to covid but I was very happy in the end with how the fairings came out. The paint overall looks really nice and fresh there are one or two tiny marks when you look closely with the torch. Well boxed and wrapped. Can't comment on the fitting as the garage did it.
