To round it up: No part of my experience beyond placing the order was pleasant. Custom painted CBR 600RR fairing This is a very trimmed summary of my story Arrived after 2-2.5 months after placing the order 1. They promised delivery to my door - Package was retained at Customs. Had to waste hours, pick it up personally and pay out of pocket to claim it. 2. The Paint quality was Appalling(scratches, dirt, bubbles) on all pieces and fairings were missing small elements needed for fitment. 3. Wasted a month with customer support ! Finally settled for a partial refund. THEY DEMANDED I remove my negative reviews before they would even consider processing my refund - the audacity... 4. My experience was very disappointing and the reactions of customer support very inadequate so the review gets uploaded again. I am sorry but you are completely out of line demanding your customers to remove reviews after you've messed everything you promised as a seller before you would send any kind of refund! If this information helps even just 1 person to avoid the frustrations I went through I will be happy. UPDATE December 3rd 2023: The company is actively trying to buy itself out of negative reviews which is incredibly disappointing to me and explains their high score on this site. At first it was all roses and sunshine, everything was possible! So I send my plans to fit the fairingskit. No problem at all! They were gonna make it.. wasn’t it for a email I received 2 weeks later telling me they couldn’t fit redbull decals. Okay fair enough. I can understand that. So I’d send a new design, wich wasn’t a problem at all, so it was forwarded to the production team, who messaged me to check if everything was correct in colors and scheme. And it was, so it went in production (they said) few weeks later with no emails at all, I thought I’m gonna ask what’s the ETA of the fairing’s here in holland.. and suddenly there was a 5 sentence email telling me I would get my money refunded because there were some issues !? No further explanation. Definitely NOT recommending monster fairings again to other riders

I’m honestly really upset with this company it completely gave me a mismatched bike. They didn’t provide me my full gas tank cover only half!!!! Like why would I want my tank to be two different colors? Like look at this! They don’t even provide the paint for the mismatch they expect you to guess this on your own!

Paid for a set, they came damaged. Waited 6.5 months for replacement pieces, they also came damaged, as well as being the wrong colour

Only recieved damaged pieces, badly painted. 5 months of waiting, and still not with a complete set of fairings ! Very very very bad customer service ! you will get hustled here !

These are horrible liars.johnathan and,Erick, They ripped me off for $775.00 sent me busted up fairings. Said they would replace . Then tried to get me to pay again before they refunded.or sent me anything . Then no refund. Liars . Don't bother wasting money .

I don't know if all this people here are friends with the guys or what but my experience with Monster Fairings so far is horrible. I order a set of Fairings from them on January 6th 2021 and is now March 3rd and so far I don't even have a tracking number. I paid for a two week shipping fee of $90 and it's almost 2 months since I placed and approved my paint also and still nothing. Erick Boyd is the one that I've been communicating thru email because they don't even have a Phone Number either and so far Mr. Boyd is been just useless. Horrible first impression and frankly my last one with them. Let's see if they actually message me back about a FULL REFUND which I'm NOT going to lose my sleep over it so I guess I'm going to have to eat this $900 loss.

I'm crazy disappointed! This business want survive long doing work like they are doing. My Honda CBR fairing arrived yesterday. We have tried to fit them with no luck and to make it even worse the matte black paint is coming off and exposing red paint. Unreal! I'm a business man that spends and I'm definitely not the customer you wanted to have this happen to.
