Espero pronta solución o me pongo a reclamar y denunciar.

Awful customer service after the machine stopped working within months of being purchased. They take AGES to reply to their emails and that’s if they even reply. I was asked to send the machine for repairs, they rejected the package once it arrived and I’m still awaiting either a message or the machine back! Stay well away from these guys

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. I bought a Monsieur Cuisine, and after only four months it had to be sent for repair under warranty. The repair process took almost two months, which was already far longer than expected. When the appliance was finally returned, the base unit had obvious cosmetic damage that was not there before I sent it. I contacted customer service to make a complaint, but they simply told me that because the damage does not affect the functionality of the appliance, they do not consider it to be a defect. This is completely unacceptable. A repair service should return a customer’s property in the same condition in which it was received, not with additional damage. The fact that the appliance still works does not justify returning it in a worse condition, especially when it was only four months old. Very disappointing customer service and a poor attitude towards taking responsibility. I expected much better.

I don't recommend purchasing Monsieur Cuisiene Smart or other products from this brand, as they're fraudulent. Equipment breaks down, and warranty repairs don't extend the warranty on replaced parts. So, after the warranty expires, if a previously replaced part breaks, which is very likely, the equipment has to be thrown away. It's a waste of money. I don't recommend this company. It's all cheap Chinese stuff.
