Installed our oak floor 15 years ago. Had several alterations over the years as we eliminated walls and remodeled. My 2 poly finishes were less than satisfying. Just never liked the look. The monocoat finish is perfect. What it should have been from the start. Already had to repair the floor from some water damage. A quick sanding and redcoat. I defy anyone to find the spot (hint it’s near the sink).

Rubio monocoat is so simple to use. The outcome is beautiful and feels great to touch. I have used both indoor 2c and outdoor products. Both perform better than I had hoped. My dining table and bench have held up well. After 6 months of daily use I am very pleased with this product. I will continue to use Rubio monocoat products! The teak oil from another company has required multiple applications and still my wood looks thirsty. Not with Rubio. Plus I only need a small amount of Rubio- cost is well worth the high quality end product and time savings with only one application. Thanks Rubio Monocoat for making a great product.

I really like the monocoat, however I did think I had a longer shelf life after mixing. The smell is my favorite. I’ve used Odies and prefer Rubio.

Love the color and the matte sheen. It’s been a breeze to clean and care for. Would never go back to traditional stain and polyurethane.
