I got the cork in a very short amount of time, which I am very happy about. However, the one thing holding this experience from being 5 stars were the deoivery conditions. The delivery person left both rolls out under the rain, and one tipped over onto a package marked as "Fragile".

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. This latest cork did not seem as high a quality as my previous cork ordered from you. This one seems to tear more easily.

My cork was delivered severely damaged on one end. The cardboard end cap was missing as well as the wrapping. The cork is damaged to th point where I will not have a straight edge to work with.
