MonnitReviews of monnit.com

We are a fast growing boiler rental company in the New York Metropolitan area. Monnit has set us apart form our competition by far. We know if there is a problem at a site before the customer even realizes. Sensors are easily configurable to meet our needs. We have peace of mind knowing that Monnit's remote monitoring is extremely reliable.

Good inexpensive system to monitor industrial utilities - boiler, chiller, air compressor pressure and status etc. The iPhone interface could be improved, but it works as is.

Easy to use, affordable, and it works!

Waiting on material for over a month , we had to reach out to Monnitt to find out why we have only a partial order and find out it’s under re design ? We should have been told at purchase However , we did get a call about the invoice and payment

The hardware is unsatisfactory. The software is klunky. The sales and service folks missled us on the system capabilities. About 4 of the measurement systems didnt work. They all had issues connecting to the gateway.

Been using the Monnit platform for a few years now to monitor the temperature in our server room. It has been 100% accurate and hasn't missed a single notification or an event outside of our set parameters. I would highly recommend Monnit to anyone that requires a dependable temperature monitoring solution.

Product works intermittently and Monnit blames installer straight from EVP, “ you did not follow directions!!” Of course we did and then redid and then redid, their stuff still did not work. Now on RMA and of course a month or so out. Perfect way to share with end customer - incompetence at the executive level.

Amazing team amazing product, always quick support
