I have used Monnit devices and services since 2015. I mainly use the iPhone app to review sensor data. It's a cost effective and reliable way to gain long term insight into data trends. Sensors have survived major events like Hurricane Harvey, that badly damaged our home. The biggest problem was actually finding the sensors in the mess! The data service has never missed a beat and all my historical data is available for a modest annual fee. I highly recommend Monnit for monitoring of long term data trends and short term alerts.

'New Look!' does not have an export to CSV/XML function, at least not that I can find. Also, would be beneficial to add a way you can make a note from the Reading Chart for later review and analysis. Adding a sensor is remarkably easy. Very intuitive setup.

Had technical issues early on, i.e. getting everything online = called = solved ASAP. Everything else has been better than I could have hoped for a few years now. Have a guest house with utility pit (water pipe entry) that I need to monitor for temp and water leaks. Everything is working as planned. I am happy I have not received any alerts ... so far!

Bad info on a product and they wouldn’t make right on it. Asked a question on an antenna for one of their products and they changed the specs on it. Ruined 20 NEMA boxes from their specifications. I Spent about $8000 and this is what I get Customer service just says “OH WELL GOOD LUCK LOL”

Absolutley recommend! The peace of mind is priceless!

My wife and I own a grocery store. When we first bought the store, we had a compressor for the coolers\freezers go out in the middle of the night. It cost us a pretty penny from the loss and replacement cost. To date the Monnit temperature sensors we placed in all the coolers and freezers have saved us 3 times. The cost of the Monnit system with text messaging is a very reasonable expense in comparison to the one time loss we had. Thank You Monnit! Jim & Paula Stobie
