Software as it should be. Does what it says on the box, support is available (before I even was a paying customer) and you only pay once, instead of renting it out via monthly subscriptions. There should be more software products like this.

There customer service stinks, first of all, you can't contact them by phone, and on average it takes three to four days for a response if you email them. The app is not easy to use, at least if you're switching over from Quicken. My biggest complaint about Quicken, is their subscription kept going up every year, that's why I switched, now I'm regretting it. I've downloaded moneyspire to my desk top and laptop, You're supposed to be able to transfer data from one computer to the next through the cloud, but that hasn't worked yet, and no response from moneyspire yet after three days. Next, you can't arrange the way you want to do your input. Now I tried to reconcile my checking account and it didn't register my previous reconciliations from Quicken. The program doesn't allow you to put in previous balance, do when I tried to reconcile my account it was off by $30,000. Then I tried to restore my backup from earlier, and it keeps giving me an error message. Then, I thought, maybe copying my date from Quicken again, and it doubled all of the previous transactions and I can't reverse them.

After buying a new computer my Moneyspire didnt want to open with the new operating system. Moneyspire tech support was very helpful and patient while I struggled to make things work again.

I am using Moneyspire for the first time and I have to say that the program is quite fine. I have big difficulties to import investments data coming from my old software Contintasca 8. Moneyspire can't manage directly csv file for investment and then I create the csv file into qif file. But still I am unable to download the details. Someone is able to help me ?
