The support team (Luke specifically!) was absolutely amazing. They worked patiently with me to figure out the problem we were having, and stayed on the phone to make sure all aspects were properly connected. Setting up an appointment was easier than waiting online for hours, and they called promptly and were super helpful.

Jules, Traci, and the rest of the crew are great. They helped me get our HOA books and payment system set up. This was very new for me but they walked me through it with such patience and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and made it a wonderful experience for me. I know if I ever need support that they are there to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend Money Minder.

We're commemorating a remarkable decade of using MoneyMinder for our Kiwanis club. When you might wonder why MoneyMinder, we simply ask, "Why wouldn't you?" Gone are the days when I dedicated countless hours each week to managing our club's finances; now, it's a matter of minutes, quite literally. With MoneyMinder, anyone can take the reins, as every board member gains seamless access. You can effortlessly track volunteer hours, monitor memberships, oversee activities and programs, and have all the essential information right at your fingertips. What sets MoneyMinder apart is its effortless transition for new Treasurers. Your records are easily accessible, and your monthly reports are just a click away. Moreover, the customer service is nothing short of extraordinary. They're always there when you need them, ready to assist with kindness and expertise. You won't find a more satisfying experience elsewhere.

I have been involved in non-profit and volunteer organizations for over 30 years and have used many types of software to track accounting, MoneyMinder has by far been the best and most user friendly that I have experienced. I like that I can give others access (with different limitations) , how easy it is to set up a budget, the ease of tracking income and expenses and the number of reports that can be generated. Creating a Treasurer's Report for meetings is a snap and also easy to create a PDF to send out to board members. I also like the ease of filing taxes with their Tax Forms feature. My group also uses Store for events that we hold. We have the ability to set up stores to sell registrations and merchandise and can link these to our banking. We also use Bank Integration to allow us to import transactions from our bank, this makes reconciling our account so much easier! Another great feature is LiveChat when I need help and the Help Center with FAQ help sheets is great. I highly recommend MoneyMinder!
