Worst worst worst place!!!! They should shut this circus house down. Their deals are based on lies, and that Donavan Pillay is your worst sales agent, if not the beginning to the end of Mondo... Besides having to respect or consideration for the POPI Act, your deals are based on lies and manipulation. #SHUTMONDODOWN!!!!!

Mondo continues to breach the POPI Act as per a previous review. To reiterate: Mondo claim that MTN and Vodacom have outsourced their marketing and administration to Mondo which is definitely NOT the case! It is also impossible to speak to a senior person at Mondo as the consultant's standard answer is that they are in a meeting and will call back!

Absolutely pathic services took more than a month to come back to me with my cancellation request, and still no feedback. Call centre staff telling me it's not their problem if they haven't done it as yet and I'm billed for something I don't have.

I attempted to purchase a Godzilla 89 premium statue. 7 months and $350 later I still didn't have it. Couldn't get a straight answer out of them about why the delay or satisfactory answer on when it would be delivered. Finally just gave up and asked for a refund. Remains to be seen if I actually get it.

I have bought twice this year, 2021, and both times were exceptional- double boxed, fast delivery, reasonable priced shipping.

According to the P.O.P.I Act not even a service provider is allowed to contact individuals. All personal information may not be used. Mondo is using the tactic that they have our "Rica details" and that is why they are able to contact us. It is illegal. Sad that a company has to use these outdated selling skills to get customers..

Totally professional, helpful and accomodating. Looking another reviews I am suprised because my only experience of this company is 100% positive.
