Really good app and it’s fun

Ich habe die Kaufversion und bin sehr zufrieden. Auch vom Kundensupport bin ich sehr begeistert. Die Mitarbeiterin - Georgiana - hat mich sehr schnell und bestmöglich unterstützt, und meine Anfrage wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt. Toll finde ich auch, dass ich je nach Bedarf zwischen den gewünschten Sprachen wechseln kann, so dass ich z. B. eine Basis für den Urlaub im Ausland schaffen kann. Das Lernen ist kurzweilig und macht Spaß. Tatsächlich fehlt mir in der App nur noch ein Wörterbuch, dann wären es 5 Sterne geworden.

I used Mondly for 6 months to help a friend learn German. The app itself is very fun and motivating. Customer service was a bit challenging due to the automatic payment extension. But after 1 week of going back and forth about it the issue was resolved and the money reimbursed. In general I oppose the default for all subscription companies to be the automatic payment option. The default needs to be the opposite.

Mondly have agreed to refund. So my opinion on them has changed. As mentioned, its a very good website and you can learn more than one language. Mondly is a very good site.

since sept. 2020 I (dutch woman of 73!) am studying the lessons Hebrew of Mondly and I am very glad I discovered them. At first I tried only the free lessons, but now I am a "premium" member, with a lot more possibilities. If you wanna learn a language, I really advise you to try Mondly! I only think you need a little acquentency with the language you will study.

The app and website are excellent for learning the basics of a language. It is fun, engaging, and diverse enough. All relevant aspects are present in this service. I have used it to learn more and more Swedish words and like it very much. The only thing is missing is a bit more explanation of the languages' grammar (explanation of theory).
