I had difficulty signing in originally, and I got immediate help when I asked for it. I am becoming comfortable with the format. The website seems intuitive in learning the activities. I have hope for more progress in French.

Positive - they solved my problem two days after sending my request

I think that Mondly has been a helpful tool to learn to speak Ukranian. I am a native English speaker and the Mondly app helped me to learn useful phrases and to read basic words. For a completely new speaker, I found the software easy to use and easy to engage with while at the gym or at home sitting alone. This may not be the best tool for those who are already proficient in Ukranian, but for someone new it has been great. I think it is worth the price I paid for the service. The online customer service was also very helpful when I had a mistake with my login credentials. They solved the problem quickly so I could get back to work on the app. I have already recommended this app to a friend.

I had a bit of trouble getting logged in for the first time, very likely a lack of my own technical ability, but the company responded and we got it straightened out. I'm excited about the program. It is great for learning multiple languages at the same time. I'm a little sad that the Chinese characters and the Cyrillic alphabet aren't being stressed but maybe that comes later on.

Very nice app for beginners. What a pitty, that any kind of vocabulary trainer is missing. Support works really quickly, friendly and helpful!

Mondly está a corresponder às minhas expectativas. Como melhoria, sugeria a inclusão da opção do idioma Português Europeu. Para surpresa minha e quando precisei de ajuda, obtive resposta atenciosa, rápida e esclarecedora. Desta forma, todos vamos ficar a ganhar!!

Eigentlich tolle, abwechslungsreiche,anspruchsvolle App aber oft Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Akzeptanz. Z.B. : Es soll ...Teacher....übersetzt werden.Ich schreibe....Lehrer, akzeptiert wir nur....Lehrerin!? Übersetze ....Taxi.Meine Antwort.....cab,...da es so in der ganzen Lektion vorkam. Akzeptiert wurde nur ...Taxi. Das ist inakzeptabel, es muß möglich sein,mehrere, richtige, Antworten in einer Lern App zu integrieren, sonst kommt schnell Frust auf, wenn trotz richtiger Antwort ein Stern verloren geht. Ansonsten gibt das Lernen mit Mondly sehr viel Anreiz um weiterzumachen.

Net een levenslang abonnement genomen om Portugees te leren. De startlink werkt niet. Een mail wordt verstuurd met de vraag om dit in orde te brengen. Twee dagen later ontvang ik van Mondly (die meer dan 140 talen aanbied) om mijn mail te vertalen naar het Engels ! ? Het is nu 8 dagen verder en heb noch antwoord gehad op mijn (Engels) verzoek, noch heb ik toegang om mijn lessen te starten. Slecht begin, Mondly. Je zal je best moeten doen om enkele sterren bij te verdienen ! Na een dag reactie ontvangen en instructies bij een nieuwe link. Installatie goed gelukt. Het gebruik is handig en op niveau van de beginner. Het was even een moeilijke start maar dat is nu ruim goedgemaakt. Aanrader.
