I bought a Black Friday lifetime subscription, using my computer, for my wife to use on her computer. I could find no way to enter her email address, so access turned out to be on my computer by default. An email to the customer service address brought a prompt reply first thing the next business day; after I gave them my wife's email address, they quickly transferred access to her computer. Excellent service, clearly by an actual human!

I am a lifetime member of Mondly. From paying the original one off fee I have been entitled to free access and I have used Mondly on this basis for years. I have now replaced my old I Pad for a new one. When I visited Mondly for the first time using my new I Pad I was offered a free 7 day trial after which Mondly wanted to charge me a monthly fee. I couldn’t see why changing my I Pad should automatically cancel my old membership and have Mondly treat me as a new member. I contacted them and within a short period of time I was reinstated. I am now enjoying learning as before with the added benefit of hands free, a total new learning curve, without the need for typing.

I accidentally paid twice for the lifetime subscription. Customer support service from Georgina solved the problem and I am now waiting on a refund for one of the payments, which has been organised. So the mondly experience has been validated

The app is amazing. Sometimes the speech recognition is a bit off. Customer service does not work on weekends and took two days to address my concern but after that follow up was very good. The virtual reality is very good

Ich benutze das Mondly App seit 2 Wochen und bin super zufrieden. Einfach ,übersichtlich und das Lernen macht wirklich Spass. Nur weiter empfehlen !!!!!! Und Kundenservice - absolut top !!!!!!! Meine Tochter hat ein kostengünstigeres Angebot gefunden und nach ganz kurzen und super nettem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice habe ich das Geld zurückerstattet bekommen .
