Took advantage of their $82 lifetime subscription, but then was charged an additional amount for yearly service. Efrain from Mondly kindly refunded my second charges that occurred with duplicate Google Play and mondly accounts. I'm very grateful for his assistance and fairness.

I took the lifetime access offer and I love it. Learning languages ​​with Mondly is great fun. There are different exercise formats in which the basic vocabulary, grammar, spelling, listening comprehension, .... can be practiced. Thanks to the different task types, learning never gets boring. I would recommend lifetime access to anyone. A great price for lifelong learning of many different languages! And on top of that, super helpful and friendly support. I can absolutely recommend Mondly!!!

Angefangen bin ich 2016 mit Duolingo! In diesem Jahr habe ich dann bei Mondly ein Jahresabo abgeschlossen um Spanisch zu lernen. Mit Spanisch bin ich auch schon bei Duolingo angefangen. Leider wurde es mir dort schnell zu langweilig. Richtig in die spanische Sprache eintauchen konnte ich aber erst mit Mondly App. Die App ist gut aufgebaut und die Wiederholungen machen Sinn und bringen auch den gewünschten Lernerfolg! Weiter so!

Erst zum Customer Service: Ich bin niemand, der in einer Stunde eine Antwort erwartet. Deshalb finde ich die Geschwindigkeit des Service (meist ca. 48 Stunden an Werktagen) voll OK. Und Efrain (und Ioana) hat sich Zeit genommen, mein Problem zu lösen. Auch war der Ton sehr höflich, was sonst nicht immer der Fall ist. Zur Sprach-App: Leute! Mit einer Sprach-App alleine werdet ihr nie eine Sprache lernen können! Sie ist, so bin ich überzeugt, immer nur ein zusätzliches Tool. Und Mondly macht halt Spaß. Ich nutze Mondly überall - im Zug, in der Pause, am Abend vor dem Einschlafen ... mit der App macht es Spaß, Vokabeln und die Aussprache zu lernen. Die Grammatik lerne ich nebenbei mit einem Buch. Und ja, ich nutze gerne Mondly und Babbel, Mondly für stressige Tage und auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, Babbel, wenn ich mehr Zeit habe und mich länger konzentrieren kann.

I like that the app uses a lot of visual aids when teaching new word. The word list for each lesson to review is handy and with so many categories you can focus on the ones you like first. Also the customer service was wonderful, the gentleman that helped me resolve my problem (Efrain) was very kind,thorough, and helpful

I worked with Ioana on several issues on which she provided outstanding support. I was prepared to cancel my new lifetime access until she provided a status update on European Portuguese. I decided to keep the membership based on her responses. And she helped me download the app to my laptop after I had downloaded it to my phone. She was very responsive and cleared out two email requests to cancel the subscription after she helped me. Great support which is a very good start to using Mondly.
