After the description of my problem I received an almost immediate reply. Although my description was not precise enough, the customer service did not loose patience and was really interested in solving the problem. And finally we could solve the problem! I am very thankful for this great service.

I mistakenly registered from two different levels (Google and IOS) and the app does not see it on its own so I asked for help to unify the account. The technical support was quite fast although not immediate but very efficient and the problem was solved. So I recommend technical support from Mondly!

Acho um excelente aplicativo mas pouco divulgado. Inclusive achei melhor que o Duolingo e o babbel.

I had a great experience with customer service. I bought the family lifetime offer but messed up the codes and used one twice for the same account. The customer service sorted it out immediately and we now all have our accounts working and we are looking forward to making the most of the app.
