MondlyReviews of mondly.com

This app is consistently great with guiding learners towards dynamic, foreign language biliteracy. The company is responsive, effective and efficient. I recommend it to everyone I know. It allows for flexibility of the learner's currently level by choosing where you are, promotes biliteracy and multimodal learning experiences. Also, by allowing users to see the actual hours spent on the app, there is a better gauge of how many hours you are in versus the language difficulty scale. This allows users to see how far they may have until they reach a novice low or intermediate (etc.) level. I love it.

Great App which allows good progress. Mix of understanding, listening, translation and writing. Good customer support.

Great app ! Love it. Iam learning spanish and i like the methods. I had a problem ti log in cause i opened user, bought a new phone and forgot to log in the same way (at first apple id, then with email). I sent an email saying that i cant see my old account with the score. They fix it so i can see it with all ways of logging in (user, email and apple id) Good service from efrain, customer service.

I wanted to compliment Ioana, who I chatted with today, on her professional and courteous help she provided me today. She was so helpful and resolved my issue in minutes. You are certainly lucky to have an employee like her that exhibits exemplary work.

Its easy to learn and i enjoy it very much also de reminder evey day is nice. The service is excellent!!!

Je recommande vivement cette application, simple et ludique. En plus ils ont un service après vente extra.

Great Customer Service! When purchasing the lifetime access I made the mistake that I misspelled my email address (i didn't noticed that). Therefore the premium features were not available as I expected back then and I didn't receive a bill. I wrote to the customer service on the same day that there is some issue with my purchase. They fixed it with an explanation what went wrong 1 day later - that is awesome!

Excellent customer support
