I lost sight of the date to cancel my father’s subscription. I contacted the service. They could not make a refund but we found a suitable solution. Mondly has a quick and friendly customer service. Thanks again!

Okay. So. I want to learn Thai right? So I google the best apps to do that and find Mondly. it's apparently the best for beginners. So I buy the one month subscription and go to the app Store to download the app. I get it, log in and can't find Thai anywhere in the options. Naturally I mail them asking for a refund and they give me a nice explanation on how to access the Thai lessons! immediately told them not to cancel. Have done a couple lessons so far and I'm liking it so far but the customer service was great.

I made a mistake by purchasing two licenses with two accounts. The service I received not only migrated the accounts into one but also assisted superbly in accommodating me regarding the additional purchase against the initial purchased account price point which was a massive save for me, The App itself is good, but the service I received was extraordinary.

Prima hulp van de helpdesk gehad nadat ik bij het familie abonnement twee verkeerde email adressen had gebruikt. Mondly zelf bevalt ook goed. Wij gebruiken het om Noors vanuit het Nederlands te leren. Mondly is één van de weinige apps die dat biedt. Voor de kinderen is dat wel prettig.

I cannot say much about the App itself yet, as I bought an abo last week only. However I wanted to give the abo as a gift to my sister in law. So I wrote an email and received immediate reply with great instructions, that were easy to proceed. Service is excellent (Ranny).

Efrain solved my billing snafu right away. I appreciate that very much. Very competent and very professional. If only all customer service with other companies was this responsive.
