Very good App and great service

I switched my subscription to a lifetime membership in December. And I made a bit of a mess of it. A email was sent to customer services. Within a couple of days they had sorted it all out most satisfactorily. Excellent communication. As for Mondly itself, I have tried various other online language apps. I find this is the one that teaches and motivates me the best.

The Support employee - Efrain his Name- was high qualified, friendly and made a great Job. Super ! 5 Stars.

Lately I faced log in difficulties. I sent an email and Ranny from Mondly replayed back in minutes and solved the issue. Great service !!

First of all "Mondly" is great app for learning/training a new language, including Greek, which is not offered by many (or better said: by good) provider. I got a little problem with my 'lifetime'-membership so I had to write to the support. What can I say, I barely ever had such a great and nice support before! I absolutely recommend Mondly - in all ways!
