Great Service

The app is great both on the adult and kids platform. I have been learning Croatian and my son who was born in Croatia has been learning Spanish via the kids platform. The illustrations, the lessons and the amount of content has made using this app useful and enjoyable. The best part of Mondly is not the app however, it is the customer service. Efrain from the Mondly customer service center was helpful, patient and through in his assistance with my account. I hope more people use Mondly and expand their worldview.

Great customer service, that's what I can say. My premium subscription was cancelled accidentally, but it was only one e-mail away before the problem was solved.

Superb customer service and great learning tool. I was taking online classes with an individual and then switched to Mondly and have learned so much more!
