Had a great experience with customer
Had a great experience with customer. I needed some spare parts and customer service was beyond amazing. I was able to text them pictures from my phone instead of emailing and waiting. I was immediately able to text them a picture which they received instantly and were able to take care of my needs. Would recommend solely on their incredible customer service.

Excellent experience!!!!
This was bought for my 87 year old parents that are not able to open up their patio umbrella manually. The battery pack would not keep a charge. I contacted customer service and they were great!!!! They sent a new battery and my parents are super happy able to enjoy their patio umbrella!!!

We had problem with our table

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service - Excellent product Item arrived on-time - Came in two (2) boxes 1 day apart. We ordered the 10x10 umbrella with base which is great and easy to operate. Took approximately 40 minutes to set up. We have the type that has the battery operated lights. Unfortunately the battery did not charge upon arrival....No worries though, the company sent out a new battery charger and all is well. Great customer service + follow-up calls to make sure we received what we ordered.

Excellent product with great customer service
I ordered a large Mondawe deck box from Lowe’s and the package arrived damaged. It was packaged well, but had clearly not been handled properly and the lid of the box was cracked. I spoke with a Mondawe customer service agent who was so helpful in getting me a replacement delivered. When I opened the replacement, Mondawe had sent an entire new deck box instead of the lid. I highly recommend this company and would purchase their products again!
