Purchased a mondawe shower system a couple of years ago. So far the product has been great but recently experienced a defect in one component. while outside of the warranty period, customer service has been very responsive and are working with me right now to get the issue resolved successfully! Based on my experience so far, I have no concerns! Would buy the products again and appreciate the responsive service!

Shipped quickly but when it arrived the cable that deploys the umbrella was not attached inside of the shaft. One call to customer support and a new one was on the way. The new one arrived with no issues and we love the style and ease of use of this model. Only thing I would suggest is instead of using a nylon cable to use a metal cable instead and instead of making the collapsible arms plastic make them metal also so the bolts don’t torque through the holes. These are common issues with patio umbrellas and I believe these changes could set you apart from the others.

The product arrived in good shape very well packaged the delivery company did an excellent job everything was there except for the string of lights which you mentioned that they are included in your video that plays for the product on your web page I sent service department of note that I did not receive those lights and did not hear anything back from them but no lights are not deal breaker. it just that you shouldn't be advertising that they included if you're not going to include them but the product itself overall is good I would recommend anybody who assembles one of these not tighten up all the screws until all four corners are done a little tight and also there's a little sag on the 10-ft span of the louvers themselves water doesn't come in but you get gaps of light coming through otherwise I'd give the product 95% quality and everything went very well.

Very hard to fill with sand Can’t use umbrella at all without extra weighted base That should be noted when purchasing one

Purchased two for my patio This one and a 15 x 9 one with the fiberglass enclosed lights. First it’s too early to determine the durability of this one compared to the one it replaced. Treasure garden brand. Second it is aesthetically appealing Unfortunately during a very light shower I noted a couple of drops of moisture on my table and on the inside of the pole Will chalk it up to it being new and not quite settled yet. Third the LED light is not as bright as I assumed it would be compared to the 15 x 9 fiberglass one, and it only has one lighting mode vs three. I missed out on the sale to get the one with fiberglass enclosed one this size.
