Karees has been very helpful, professional and very responsiv. Mondawe should be lucky to have her as an employee.

Customer service is fantastic! We purchased a new shower system from a big box hardware store during our remodel, but as is common in construction, there was a significant amount of time between purchase and installation. It turned out when we opened the box a couple of parts were either missing or not functioning properly. We were way past the store return deadline, so we contacted Mondawe directly. The customer service we received was fabulous! Even though there were some misunderstandings on what exactly was needed, customer service worked with us until we got everything was understood and we received all the replacement parts we needed. It is so refreshing to do business with such a helpful company who truly appears to care about its customers.

Diane was very knowledgeable. She was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Diane was very quick to get me the parts I needed. After I got her the information she need I had my parts in less than a week.

I purchased a Mondawe ceiling mount thermostatic shower system about a year ago. The thermostatic cartrage started to have problems with water pressure and temperature. I emailed their customer service department with a description of the problem and photos of the defective cartridge. Minnie responded in less than 24 hours and said she would contact the factory to find a suitable replacement and it might be two to three days before she had the information. Three days later I received another email from her saying the replacement had been shipped to me. I installed the replacement upon receiving it and the problem was completely fixed. I have to say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Minnie for your fast response and attention to this matter.

Great customer service and great understanding of the shower wand and connector that needed to be replaced.

I worked with a representative named Gloria, who was very responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. My replacement part was shipped a day or two after I reported the original issue I will definitely purchase more of their products in the future.
