Bought a shower system from Mondawe 1…
Bought a shower system from Mondawe 1 year ago as I’m building a big washroom in my basement. I’m working on that project on and off when I got free time so long story short I’m ready now to install the finitions and realize that I lost a part … I do know that it was in the I remember it so it’s my fault … so I call them and after a quick chat and explain the problem and say that it’s my fault and that if possible to buy the parts they told me that they gonna it for free no need to pay !! Extraordinary after sale service you can’t find better 👌🏻

Hands down the best customer service…
Hands down the best customer service experience you could ever imagine. I broke the shower knob and needed a replacement. I thought it would be a nightmare but their support team was Johnny on the spot. I didn’t get some automated BS. I spoke with a rep, they took my call, found the part and shipped it to me ALL FOR FREE. I was mind blown. I will ONLY buy from them moving forward m!
