Excellent Customer Service
Not only the fireplace I bought is good but the customer is mind blowing. Phenomenol . I LOST the mounting hardware for the fireplace purchased 2 years back. Reached out to them and they shipped one for free. Kept following up until I confirmed that the fireplace was mounted.

Replaced a shower system part under warranty. Customer Service reps were very responsive and followed up at every step of the process to ensure that all was properly working. They were also very friendly-making you feel like this was the only claim they were working on.

Love the electric fireplace
Love the electric fireplace. Not too small. Placed it in our basement living room. It made the room warm fast enough. Customer service is awesome. They followed up regarding my order. Our current wood fireplace was broken so I placed it in front of it and it looks great. I’m happy with my purchase.

Fireplace woes to wows!

Superior Customer Service
I purchased the 10 foot cantilever umbrella and had to reach out to Mondawe for assistance with the lighting feature. Mondawe was very attentive to my needs and thoroughly communicated with me until my issue was resolved swiftly. They provided the options to text and call, this is not something we have come to expect in today's age of sending emails and waiting long periods for a response. They have a superior customer service team!!!

I lost a part
Before instalation I lost a part. Honestly no clue where it went. I reached out to customer service and no questions asked they immediately sent a replacement. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time and the shower system seem to be high quality. Would buy their products again!
