When remodeling our master bathroom in 2023, we installed 2 Mondawe in wall vanity faucets, 1 in wall Mondawe bathtub faucet and 1 Mondawe inwall Shower faucet. We have been extremely pleased with the performance and appearance of all of the faucets. After almost 3 years they look as good as new. Mondawe's customer service has also been outstanding. Last year a cartridge on one of the vanity faucets leaked and Mondawe sent me a cartridge free of charge. This month the shower cartridge appears to be rattling and Mondawe again sent me a replacement free of charge. They have been very professional and response

The shower sets we bought are fabulous. We bought 3 for all the ensuites. Easy to install and the wall jets make all the difference after a long day. Well built and easy to clean. Needed a replacement piece and the customer service from Clarissa and another lady (didn’t get her name) was fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I would completely recommend this product.

Ordered a 50 inch electric fireplace from lowes when delivered opened box and found that the log was broke inside! had to call manufacturer directly and told them about my issue, without hesitation they sent me another log but unfortunately it was damaged as well but customer service was persistent on getting me my log and sent out another one as soon as it was available to do so, Im very happy with this product and of customer service of the manufacturer, it wasn't that the log was broke but the principle of how they made it right! thank you!

Well, the first electric flame heater did not last a full year. Did not put out much heat and the door would not shut properly. Finally, the motor burnt out. Home Depot put us in touch with the manufacturer. Upon explaining the situation, they worked with us and sent us a brand new unit. This one works beautifully. The company person we dealt with was Clarice. She was so professional and kind. We really appreciate all her efforts and the fact that they stand by their product. Thank you Clarice!!

I bought one of the recliners through a retailer. A few bearings came out of the castor when the power cord got jammed in them and the cord broke. Customer service on the phone was quick and easily understood my situation. They were willing to replace the parts but in the end, they replaced the whole recliner. Very appreciative of how they were willing to help Also, the product in general is wonderful.

We really enjoy the brushed gold and black shower systems we purchased for our (2) bathroom upgrades. They are sleek and easy to operate. Recently one of those needed a hand held hose adapter replacement part as it developed a small crack. Mondawe was SUPER helpful in identifying the part I needed and rapidly engaged with me to get it in the mail to my home!
