While this product looks amazing
While this product looks amazing, there are some serious design flaws and problematic support. The company only sells the product (middleman). They were not very helpful with technical support. If you use the lattice design top, you may need to screw in the brackets as they have a tendency to fall out. The gates need better anti-sag mechanism, especially any double gates. We have a 10 ft wide gate (double gate 5' each) and the wheel provided collapsed after 1st use. There was a gap between the gate and the post, which we had to buy filler pieces (the dimensions they provided online were not correct to fit the opening). We went to Home Depot and bought a better one. The mechanical lock does not work at all. Difficult to setup and worked for 1 week. Installation of the gates took my contractor 2 full weekends to complete in order to fix their issues. I recommend to avoid this company and contact a local Trex or composite fence expert in your area.
