Worst customer service. Broken and missing parts... They usually don't respond to emails or phone calls. Finally called credit card company to try and recover my losses. Slats didn't reach top of gate. Wrong post. Not able to install locking system in gate. They expect you to modify their mistakes.

I ordered my product a week ago and have not received any information on the delivery date. This is poor communication.
