In a word, “Wow!” Our experience with Monarch was incredible from beginning to end. Our customer service representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about how the process works. The delivery person was excellent. He gave us updates regularly including when he anticipated picking up our RV in another state and time zone and when he would deliver to us! He was very personable and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better delivery experience. The price for transport was initially quoted at one price but ended up a higher figure. I wish that it would have been communicated better that with a “guaranteed delivery date” there was a nominal up charge. However, that being said, I would have no hesitation using this company again!
