TL;DR: Monarch Transport is a broker, not the actual carrier. They cannot guarantee the price they quote, despite what they may tell you. I would recommend booking with a different company. When I booked my vehicle shipment through Bryan, I felt confident everything would go smoothly. He assured me there would be no issues transporting my car, quoted me $1,550, and promised delivery by July 6 to accommodate my family's cross-country move. By July 7, there was still no driver assigned to my shipment, and Bryan had stopped responding to my calls and text messages. I received virtually no proactive communication from Monarch Transport and had to call every day just to get updates and push for a driver to be assigned. Finally, they called with what they described as "good news"—a driver had been assigned and would pick up my vehicle on July 10. The catch? My total price had increased from $1,550 to $2,550. So not only was my shipment delayed by a week, but I also had to pay $1,000 more than the quoted price. To be fair, the actual driver was excellent. He was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the transport. I only wish I had been able to book directly with the carrier instead of going through Monarch Transport.

Bait and switch. Was quoted 1 price then a 15% discount if booked within 72 hours. Did not honor either quote or discount. Cost nearly $300 more. Shipper sent was horrible RBE Logistics. Delayed twice then canceled. I hired another shipper but they showed up unannounced and loaded the car. Switched drivers and sent 1 that did not speak any English. They were 3-5 hours late depending on which time they gave you. Monarch stopped replying when a refund was requested after shipper canceled. The worst shipping experience I've ever had. Shipped horses from British Columbia, CAN to Pa, USA, Co to Pa , Pa to NC. Never had a problem, but a car? Too expensive and an unprofessional fiasco.

RV damaged and late at delivery. Need Monarch Insurance policy number, not boat insurance policy. Please send asap. Or I will have American Express stop payment!. John A. Lynn

First off I was quoted one price and charged another which was over $80 more than the first quoted price. The driver spoke broken English set up a delivery time at 6:00 p.m. Then texted me and said it wouldn't be until midnight. At midnight the driver still hadn't showed up and didn't complete delivery until 3:30 in the morning. Every time I called monarch to ask any questions they told me that they would have to call me back but never did. Ariana was the only person that would respond to my questions. I will never use this company again. In fact the total price was actually even more then what they quoted the price to be.

The price I was quoted was changed three times. The date was changed tree times. The vehicle was transported and delivered on a trailer unable to load and unload without some damage.

⚠️ Warning to anyone shipping a vehicle: Monarch Transportation Group quoted us $647, then raised the price days later claiming they couldn’t find a shipper. We paid more and were promised next-day delivery — got nothing, then were told the shipper had “mechanical failure.” We cancelled and were promised a refund in writing within 7 days. Weeks later, still nothing. Multiple calls, broken promises, false statements from staff, 25+ minute holds, and hung up on. Now disputing with our credit card and filing with the BBB. Do your research before trusting this company with anything.

Still waiting to see how this situation will be resolved. They might earn a few more stars if this is handled appropriately. I made a reservation weeks ago and paid extra to guarantee my rv would be transported tomorrow. I never received any Information about the driver and made multiple calls to the company. I finally got through this morning and requested the driver's Information. When I called the driver, he let me know that he would not be able to make it until Monday at the earliest. My reservation was for Saturday, with an extra $200 paid to guarantee delivery on that day. When I called the company back to let them know that this was unacceptable, as I travel for work and need my rv moved on Saturday. Again, this is why I paid extra and planned this week's in advance. The gentleman at Monarch let me know that I would lose my entire deposit if I cancel, even though they are the ones not honoring their end of the contract. They are currently attempting to find another driver. I don't have high expectations right now. Will update this review once I hear back from them. They may or may not earn more stars...
