Their food and customer service is excellent. The issue I ran into was with the company's they used for delivery. The boxes are delivered once a week, they weigh approximately 25#. The company did not deliver to my door, they left it in mail room 5 floors below and did NOT notify me when it was delivered. I was put on bed rest after surgery. Meals were great and tasted homemade.

While the idea of helping people relieve food is easy the thought of having to constantly pick the same thing everytime is ridiculous. No one wants to eat the same thing yes theyres options and yes I've tried them all and I'm tired of the same ol same. We want something different we want to try new things. Change the whole menu every 3 months. Give us bigger and better options on choosing the food.. I know several who gives theirs away as soon as they get it because they don't want it anymore. Mom's meals pls offer us a complete menu change with bigger and better options and with desserts that actually taste good and most dinners comes with 3 sides even those banquet meals. Do better mom's meals pls. I love getting mine but I'm so tired of the same menu every month

There is good and bad with Moms Meals. Most of them taste decent enough. I am diabetic and have lost 50 lbs having their meals at dinner. My blood pressure and Blood sugar levels are both down. Unfortunately the BAD outweighs the good. Plastic Film covering tray can be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to remove. End up with film bits in the food. Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Agents dont care if you have issues or concerns. Had to throw out spoiled meals that had unreadable freshness dates. Am in the process of finding another service.

There was never enough to pick from... The biscuits and gravy were okay....the Biscuit could have been just a little bigger

Calico beans are never tender. Crunchy beans are under cooked. All of the other meals are delicious.
