I signed up for no meditation but it never used and today they took one hundred and twenty two dollars out of my account before I could cancel it and no one has gotten back to me for a refund.

I thoroughly enjoyed this app and will subscribe soon when the funds are allowing. It’s very engaging, pleasant and reasonably priced. I actually changed in a positive way and felt supported. I’ll still use the free version. I love it!

Five stars because Mo helped me—mainly through the sleep meditations and tools for managing anxiety. I appreciated the brief introduction at the start of each session; it helps ease you into relaxation and gives you a sense of what you are going to do. I also used the sessions designed for emergencies, and sometimes listened to the sleep stories to help me drift off, but they are a bit too boring... but I guess that’s why they worked ;) I would have appreciated more frequent new meditations and some sleep stories that felt a bit less “childlike,” but it still deserves five stars because it worked for me. I recommend it to anyone who is a beginners with meditation and struggles to fall asleep or, like me, wakes up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep—or feels overwhelmed by anxiety.
