I am extremely frustrated with my recent order placed on 4/12/24. Despite the expected delivery date passing, I have yet to receive my items. I attempted to reach out to customer service for assistance, but I did not receive any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver my order is unacceptable. I had high hopes for this purchase, but this experience has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this seller based on my current experience.
