Very impressed with the items in the online catelogue! There were so many cute items to choose from and the prices were great (and I was also goven a discount)! I was also impressed with the customer service! I initially had some questions about ordering and they were very responsive in answering and very professional and helpful!

Haven’t received my product 9 days later. It hasn’t even shipped although a label was created for it 4 days ago! Thanks for ruining my holiday party outfit!

I ordered A jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It was too small and I lost the order number and packaging. I emailed their customer service. They quickly responded with my order number and instructions on how to get a larger size. The entire process was the easiest I experince I ever had with on-line shopping. 5-star experience!

The sweatshirt is so warm and cozy! It looks just like the pictures and is super stylish. Customer Service was great and answered back within one day! I would use again and recommend to anyone.

This is absolutely the worst site I have ever ordered from. Ordered in Nov and never even got a confirmation just the order 1 day before Christmas.Bought Sherpas that wouldn't fit a child for 2 adult girls, Real Crap. Can't return since theey don't do returns. Also CHARGED ME 19.00 TO SHIP A 15 OZ PCKG. that would cost about 5 bucks.Shoved them into plastic bags and sent them together. I am going to turn them into BBB but I am sure that don't care.Run as far away from this company as you can do Not Buy Anything from them I do not know who could have possibly posted any good reviews for them
