My shirt arrived in a timely manner, but the sizing seems way off for this shirt. Someone e mailed me quickly and said I could order another size and I wouldn’t have to return the old item which I guess is ok. I would rather have a discount since the shirt on Facebook looks like it may have had a filter applied it wasn’t quite what I thought but I’d rather have a shirt that hopefully fits this time rather then the hassle of shipping back to China. Customer service is timely, but read return policy carefully if you want a full refund.

I ordered a L, as I usually am that size, but when I received it, it was a bit small and it was a little worn out. I contacted MolyPretty and almost immediately they responded and sent me a new Sherpa Pullover without having to return the one i had! I love them!

Molypretty has a lot of interesting and unique pieces - ones you can’t easily find anywhere else. On top of that, the customer service is very speedy. I’ve emailed questions, and have always received a response within 24 hours.

Really like the crochet bikini that I received. Customer service was very helpful in exchanging the sweater for a different size.

Saw these jeans online and instantly fell in love!! The high waist and jean belt make this the perfect 90's style outfit. While I ordered them on Dec. 12, I didn't receive them until the new year unfortunately, and the size was a little smaller than what I had expected, even after reviewing the size-chart. However, customer service was super helpful and easy to contact, and helped me with getting the best fit. So happy I found Moly!!

The sherpa pullover is very soft and looks just like the picture. I needed a different size and the company was very quick to get back to me and assist me with my exchange.

I ordered a small grey Sherpa for my daughter but it didn’t fit, so I contacted Customer Service immediately and was told they would take care of our issue. Decided to go with a large as it seems to run pretty small. She can’t wait to receive the final product and sport this beautiful jacket!! 😍 Thanks for helping to correct things! Sandy O

I ordered the wrong size hoodie and they sent me a replacement no problem! I will definitely be ordering from them again!
