She went above and beyond to assist me with the struggles that I was having I have not received genuine care like I did today in over 10 years she is a shining gem in a world full of people trying to get rushed off the phone she answered all my questions and help me find many answers to a lot of problems that I was having with SSM health billing and I just really appreciate her as a Molina employee and her service has guaranteed that I will stay with Molina by her treatment alone 10 out of 10 experience .

Whenever I have problems with a provider in billing, Molina keeps me on the phone and talks to the billing department to make sure they understand what needs to be done.
