BEWARE! On the onset of coverage Molina will give you a rather nice allotment of money to be used for over the counter items with a nice allotment of funds to be used for groceries. And then within a year it went from over $700.00. And within a year it dropped to $140.00 that is to cover over the counter & food. Moreover, I was informed that I need surgery on my eyes however, although FDA approved, Molina won't cover it. I'M WARNING TO EACH AND ALL, FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. You will deeply regret coverage by Molina

On February 28, 2026 my payment was due for March. That very day they canceled my insurance for nonpayment. On the due date. I have had nothing but problems for the three months that I’ve had this insurance. They continually cancel my insurance telling me I haven’t paid them despite the fact that I am able to provide cancelled checks. I had the insurance for three weeks and they raised my rate by three dollars and some change. My office visit co-pay is $60 if I use the insurance . Yet, when I pay the office visit out-of-pocket, it’s $35. I have tried to get Molina to explain to me why this is. They blamed Covered California. Covered California says it’s not us. Despite the fact that I have paid them every single month they now say I owe them $1000. Part of that $1000 is for next months premium. If you check the BBB website, they have a F rating. Very disappointing.

Wish they have negative. Only care about money. They will drop you without notice. Even if you have medicine. They. Don't. Care! They ask for premium ahead of time. Even after tou get new insurance they want thier premium. They said the are open 24/7 which is a lie..I called...don't recommend at all!

Molina's customer service is terrible. Heavy language/accent barriers, ineffective staff, long wait times, and no resolution. I spent almost 3 combined hours on the phone trying to resolve a very simple issue, only for them to claim at the last minute that there's nothing they can do. Do not use Molina if you have any other option.

A crappy Healthcare insurance choice. They literally don't give a shit about you.

I got contacted by them because I was seeking no cost healthcare coverage. Unemployed and disabled and desperate, I gave them my info. BIG MISTAKE. They will not leave me alone!! I have been rid of their insurance "services" since the same month I got signed up. It is clearly stated on my tax form 1095-A that I was "covered" from 7/01 to 7/26. Never used their bs insurance and I have 3 sets of annual charges! The tax papers say I "may have to pay back some or all" of the annual fees for some bs I didn't even use. Annual total A: $280.12 - Annual total B: $333.42 - Annual total C: $280.12(yes, again). I did not use their "service" and now I'm paying back charges? With money I DON'T EVEN HAVE?? I hope everyone that works for this company rots in hell.
