Store on Bartram Park Blvd was dirty. Food bins were mostly depleted. Drink machine was empty for most everything. Will not return to this location.

I generally like the food, as long as they aren't stingy with their cooked peppers, onions & mushrooms, which they are at times. If they had their way, at least near me, they want to load up each item with empty calories, including gobs of rice & unlimited chips, so I try to limit that. What brought me here is their tech/app. Most recently they sent me an in-app savings offer which was enough to get me there. But as has happened at times in the past - - it didn't fly at the check-out counter & I've paid full price when I was expecting a discount. This time a manager discounted my meal. But the receipt would not allow itself to be copied by the app, so that I could also claim my loyalty points. I then attempted to e-mail a copy of the receipt to their customer service but it bounced back with a message that the e-mail box is full, which I have never heard of an e-mail box being full in the brief history of e-mail, unless they can set a limit on it. I only go there if I have a discount, so if it doesn't work at the counter, I'll simply leave my custom item there & walk out. If they're going to make these offers, then they better be able to be claimed.

Spanish Fort location: there was a guy trying to clean the serving area while they were filling bowls. He would wipe spilled food back into the containers with a dirty wet rag...barf. They were very low on some items so portions were small...maybe a blessing. Not going back.

Our experience started with employee putting old hard rice top of fresh then tried to serve it to us. New employee could not roll burrito correctly so his co-worker snatched it from him and rolled it herself while giving him nasty looks. Very rude to each other and customers. Don't add their stingy spoon of queso and guac to your burrito. Costs $3 vs bowl of queso is $6. A kids MooMoo with tiny scoop of quac and queso went from $4.99 to $7.97. Homewrecker is $7.49 and the better deal. I used to go Sandhills, SC location once a week. No more!

Normally pretty good. The food we got today in Camillus, NY was not good. It was very salty, the hamburger was thick from dehydrating which concentrated the seasonings. The food was too spicey hot. The portions were abnormally insufficient which turned out to be a blessing because of the poor quality of the food. My wife and I are very upset because this was a restaurant that we could always count on for a quality, fresh, tasty meal.
