Stay out of this moes locations. Super dirty, rudest staff on Long Island and a maneuver that is just a pure idiot. Losing money every time he opens his mouth. Caught a roach crawling over the rice and manager tried telling me I was lying. STAY OUT!!

Seen one of the night shift managers talk dark skin dude and this short little white girl smoking out back while us customers were waiting to be assisted. There was a long line as well . I believe they have something going on I’ve seen them sneak off to the trash a couple times while we wait to be helped it’s unacceptable.

We recently stopped by Moe's Southwest Grill in Wilkes‑Barre, PA for what we hoped would be a quick, affordable meal. We each ordered a Homewrecker—mine with steak, which only had a few small pieces of meat, while his chicken burrito had roughly four times as much. They also wouldn’t allow him to get the guacamole that was supposed to be included. On top of that, we were surprised by extra charges for toppings that weren’t marked anywhere. The menu board didn’t indicate that meat or cheese cost extra, and nothing was mentioned as we went through the line. The dining area was 64 degrees inside and uncomfortably cold, and the restroom was extremely dirty, including waste on the seat. Overall, the visit was both disappointing and more expensive than expected.

If I could have left a worse review I would. They gave me a quarter of a scoop of rice, charged me an extra 4 dollars for steak, which by the way was 4 pieces. And the workers were super rude to me

We ordered a burrito and the rice was like eating bits of plastic. Their burritos are smaller now and less tasty. I’ll never order from them again.

Orders nachos and a one of the new steak dippers. There was no queso on my nachos and I didn’t get my dipper. There was no service has really been going down. I’ve had horrible experiences the last few times I’ve ordered.

I’ve gone to the Enfield, CT Moe’s 3 times on a Thursday and bought 2 stacks using the stack Thursday deal in the app. Which is supposed to be ; Includes your favorite stack, chips, salsa, and a drink for \(\$10.49\). The past 3 times I’ve paid $20.98 for both which each time included one stack with steak. Today I tried to use the deal and the employee told me I only got $4 off each and my total was $29.98 for both meals. I argued the fact with 2 employees who both told me it cost extra because I got steak. Which doesn’t align with my past experiences and what you’re advertising. I think all your employees should be on the same page regarding the deal because you are going to lose repeat customers this way.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Moe’s. During the holiday promotion, I purchased a $30 gift card and received three $5 bonus cards. Unfortunately, none of the bonus cards worked when I tried to use them—at three different locations. I reached out to customer service and corporate hoping for a resolution, but never received a meaningful response or fix to the issue. It’s frustrating to support a promotion that isn’t honored, and even more disappointing when there’s no follow-up or accountability. I hope Moe’s addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience. You have lost a customer!!!
