Bought FLO by Moen to monitor and protect my home water system. The device itself is reasonably priced- the plumber not so much. The device works, but it’s a nuisance and the supporting software is abysmal. Support from Moen is TERRIBLE. AVOID

Absolutely horrible service. Over an hour wait time when trying to call. Never received my order of replacement aerator, even though they say it shipped. IMPOSSIBLE to get an actual human being!

STAY AWAY. I ordered a replacement part. Was given a Moen product number. They took over a week to ship. What arrived was a Danco branded product with a different model number. The "Danco" was the same item but cost 1/4 the price of the "Moen". I was never given a receipt. No email, nothing in the box. But they made sure to spam the daylights out of me. Worse yet, when I tried to register the product, the system automatically backs out and deletes the model number text, which is a required field. It's a straight up scam. They say you get a warranty but you can't register your product. This is why they don't give you a receipt. They don't want you to register anything. The Moen replacement part has hundreds of 1 star reviews but since they use proprietary connectors, I had no choice. I paid for UPS shipping and they shipped FedEx instead. The only thing I can say is that customer service was good up UNTIL I made a purchase. After that, they could care less.

Warrantee requirements changed when I went to register. I paid a lot more for Moen, but, they added serial numbers and proof of purchase which I do not have.] THEY changed the rules before I got my purchases registered.
