Thanks for your honest feedback and patience! A payout may only be canceled if it requires an additional review. In that case, we always send an email with the reason and the next steps. It’s a standard process, and we really appreciate your understanding. Glad to hear you’re enjoying the service for uploading your mods as well!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our ads policy is very strict, and we work only with trusted suppliers and open bidders who must follow our rules and regulations. Please send any details or evidence of the ad to our email, and our team will review it as soon as possible. If we confirm a violation, we will take immediate action to resolve it.

Thank you for your support! We're glad to hear ModsFire has been a good platform for sharing your mods. It's great that you're able to upload your files, distribute them through sites like ModHub and KingMods, and earn some passive income from your hobby at the same time. We appreciate mod creators who contribute quality content to the community, and we're happy that our service helps make that possible.

Please contact our support team by email and we will review your case. Account bans are not issued without a reason. In most cases, bans happen because of repeated attempts to upload files that violate our rules, or because we receive abuse reports related to the uploaded content. If you believe your ban was a mistake, contact support first and we will check the details of your account and violations. If there were only minor issues, we can review the situation, but we need to investigate it through the proper support channel.
